Matador Super: Safety profile

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Matador™ Super is contraindicated in those hypersensitive to any of the component listed above.

USE IN SPECIAL POPULATION:

Pregnancy and Lactation:

There are no adequate and well controlled studies of this formulation in pregnancy. Should be used in pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the risk to the foetus. Caution should be exercised because it is not known whether any of the component of Matador™ Super is excreted in human breast milk.

SIDE-EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:

Till date, no side-effects have been reported with Matador™ Super. Special precaution should be taken in following cases:

• Taurine: Taurine might have an effect like a water pill or "diuretic." Taking taurine might decrease how well the body gets rid of lithium. Talk with your healthcare provider before using this product if you are already taking lithium.
• Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine):Reduces the effects of levodopa.

OVERDOSAGE:

In case of overdose, symptomatic and supportive treatment is indicated.

PRESENTATION:

10 soft gelatin capsules in a strip and such 10 strips in a box.

STORAGE:

Store in cool, dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
